Digestion in Intestine

intestine is the major portion of digestion and absorption.
succus entericus released from the wall of small intestine. and in that intestinal juice there is an enzyme activator. which activates the inactive forms of trypsin and chymotrypsin to their active form. and the activated trypsin act as enzyme activator and convert its inactive trypsinogen into active trypsin.this reaction is known as auto catalysis.

proteins, carbohydrates, fats and nucleic acids are digested here.by the action of proteoses, disaccharidases , lipases, nucleosidases and nucleotidases.
